AI training for Charlotte teams · NCLess hesitation.
More capability.

Your team doesn’t need another tour of what AI could do. They need to see how it helps with their work—and feel confident checking the result. We learn by doing something useful.

One clear path forward

  1. 01Bring a real task
  2. 02Practice and review
  3. 03Use it the next day

A clear owner. A useful outcome.

Sound familiar?

Work worth making easier.

Business teams

Practice document summaries, follow-up drafts, SOP lookup, and routine reporting with examples your team recognizes.

Developers

Use tools such as Claude Code on a real development task: give useful context, make a plan, inspect changes, and run the checks.

Managers & reviewers

Agree on what a good result looks like, what people can share with a tool, and which outputs still need approval.

How I help

Something you
can use.

The goal: a 20–40% improvement in one suitable process, as quickly as we can. We choose the measure together.

  1. 01

    A session around your work

We choose a task and approved examples before the session. Business users and developers get exercises suited to the work they actually own.

  2. 02

    Habits worth keeping

Practice giving context, asking for useful outputs, and catching mistakes. Leave with a repeatable workflow and a short review checklist.

  3. 03

    A follow-up that matters

About a week later, we check what people used, where they got stuck, and whether the task became faster or easier. Then we adjust.

A few useful answers

Before we get going.

Do people need technical experience?

No. Business-team sessions focus on everyday work and checking results. Developer sessions are separate and can cover coding tools, repositories, tests, and review.

Can you teach Claude Code to our developers?

Yes. We can work through a suitable repository task: provide context, plan a change, inspect the result, and verify it. The exercise is scoped to your team’s experience and approved development environment.

What if the team is worried about using AI?

We start there. Ask what feels risky, confusing, or likely to make their work worse. Then use a small example they can inspect and control. Confidence should come from understanding the workflow, including its limits.

Do we need to buy a particular tool first?

No. Tell me what you already have and what the team needs to do. We select an appropriate setup before the session and agree on any access or license needs; there is no requirement to buy my platform.
