About

Gino Parages. Charlotte, NC.

I help teams spend less time on repeated work and get more from the tools they use. Thirteen years in IT and engineering — seven leading systems and implementation at Pfizer, six as an engineer, three years building with AI in production. I currently lead engineering and AI at Canton Foundation, including security and IT operations.

I left corporate work for startups because I like efficiency. Start with one process, ask what’s getting in the way, and make a useful change. Explain it well enough that the team can keep going. That’s the kind of consulting I want to do.

What the work looks like

Systems I have built, and the training that follows.

The recent work includes workflow optimization, training developers who want to get better and faster with AI, and working with managers on how to implement it — choose the first problem, name an owner, supervise the output, and measure cost against success.

  • Sanctions screening that gates a network before a person or model acts.
  • Vendor intelligence that reads large document sets and flags discrepancies to the page.
  • LLM feedback loops that grade model output and improve it on a schedule.
  • Sales and marketing agents running against CRM and operating systems.
  • Health and wellness product work with a conversational AI at the center.
  • Cloud-native development pipelines for engineering teams.
